She studied marketing at Normandale Community College and spent 13 years in the financial markets—including six years at Merrill Lynch as a licensed broker working alongside a senior financial advisor, followed by seven years at a boutique investment firm.

While raising the couple’s five children, Cindy played a behind-the-scenes but influential role in the company’s development, working as a silent partner alongside her husband and former Chairman / CEO, Paul Wagner. As a silent partner for more than 40 years, she brings unparalleled institutional knowledge and a deeply rooted commitment to Minnesota Wire’s mission and future.
