Cindy Wagner has been named the New CEO Minnesota Wire, in addition to serving as Chairman and Interim CEO. She brings a rich and varied background in the financial sector and in entrepreneurial leadership.
She studied marketing at Normandale Community College and spent 13 years in the financial markets, including six years at Merrill Lynch as a licensed broker working with a senior financial advisor, followed by seven years at a boutique investment firm.
While raising the couple’s five children, Cindy played a behind-the-scenes but influential role in the company’s development, working as a silent partner alongside her husband and former Chairman / CEO, Paul Wagner. As a silent partner for more than 40 years, she brings unparalleled institutional knowledge and a deeply rooted commitment to Minnesota Wire’s mission and future.
